It's time for our annual meeting!!!

The annual meeting will be held on Saturday May 16th 2026 at 11AM at the common area by the tennis court.  We will have hot dogs, drinks, and picnic food after the meeting.

The meeting agenda will be as follows:

• Review the projected 2025 Income Statement and the 2026 budget

• Boat Dock Update - Jet ski slip availability

• Discussion of this year's projects

• Elect members to the Board of Directors for 2026-2027

If you are not able to attend the meeting you can submit your ballot to the community mailbox by the tennis court or deliver it to a current board member.  In order for your proxy ballot to be counted, we ask that you submit it by May 13, 2026.  If you, yourself, are interested in joining the CCPOA Board, please contact a current Board member.
